Return Policy
Avira Skin will accept returns or replacement requests if the products are returned within 14 days of delivery. If you want to return a product, the customer pays the shipping cost back. The product must not have been used, must be unopened, the packaging must not have been damaged, and the products must not show any signs of wear and tear. If the packaging has been damaged or if the product has been opened and/or used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note we do not refund our original shipping cost and a restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to change your order please reach out to our team directly at info@aviraskin.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
If you would like to cancel your order prior to its departure from our warehouse please reach out to our team directly at info@aviraskin.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once a parcel has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged, faulty, or an item missing from your order please contact us and provide details including photos within 48 hours. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
Return to Sender/Refused Delivery
Packages that are returned to sender or refused will be charged shipping costs to ship out back to you.
How to Return Products
To move forward with a return request, please email info@aviraskin.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
Please note that free gifts, gift cards, promotional items, trial kits, used products, opened products, incomplete sets, and shipping fees cannot be returned.
